Athletic Packet

The RBHS Athletic Packet must be completed online by June 11 at noon in order to participate in a Fall sport. The Physical Form must be downloaded/printed, completed by a Doctor and submitted by June 11 as well. This covers the student-athlete for a full calendar year. So, if he also plays a Spring sport, the physical should occur after the Spring season.
